What's Included in Ninja Nation Austin Summer Camp?
Every Austin ninja summer camp session at Ninja Nation includes full-day supervised care from 8:45am–3:00pm (with extended care until 5:00pm available).
Your child gets professional coaching on our ninja obstacle courses, open gym time, team-building games, mini-competitions, arts & crafts, snacks, and lunch.
Drop-off and pickup are convenient and organized, parents love the hassle-free experience. All activities are indoor and climate-controlled, making us Austin's perfect summer camp even on 100°F days.

Ninja Nation Austin runs school holiday camps year-round, following the AISD, RRISD, and PISD holiday calendars. Whether it's spring break camp in Austin, fall break, Thanksgiving week, or Christmas holiday camp, we've got your kids covered with the same full-day ninja experience. We are one of the only ninja holiday camps in Austin TX that offers consistent programming across every school break.
Full day ninja camps run from 9am to 3p with an extended care option until 5:00 PM.

Summer Camp Pricing — Austin TX | Ninja Nation ATX
Discounts for coming to multiple camp days in a week. Multi day bookings must be used in the same week for discounted pricing.

For multi-day camp weeks, 1 & 2 day spots open up approximately 2 weeks before camp schedule.

Extended Day Camp Austin TX — 3:00pm Until 5:00pm
3:00-5:00p $25/day, $75 for the week
3:00pm pickup not a great fit? We'll keep your Ninja flying and entertained for another couple hours. Space is limited and pre-booking is recommended, though same day reservations may be available.
Note: There is a 15 minute grace period after the 3pm camp pickup time. Any children not picked up by 3:15 will be automatically enrolled in Aftercare for that day at a higher rate.

What are the drop-off and pickup times for Austin summer camp?
- Drop-off: 8:45 AM – 9:00 AM daily
- Pickup: 3:00 PM - Please call if you’re running late.
- Pickups after 3:15 PM will automatically be charged $25 for Extended Care (until 5:00 PM).
- Photo ID is required at pickup—every day, every time—even if we know you. The ID must match a name on the Health Intake Form.
- Friday is Showcase Day! Join us at 1:30 PM to cheer your Ninja on as they show off their skills at different stations and during ninja races. (For weeklong camps)
Is there extended care after summer camp in Austin TX?
- Available daily from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- $25/day or $75/week if pre-purchased
- Week package only valid for that week.
- Space is limited, so please reserve ahead of time
- Pickup after 5:00 PM will incur a $15 fee for every 15 minutes late
What should my child bring to Ninja Nation summer camp?
- Clean, securely fitting athletic shoes. Rubber soles are best
- Water bottle
- Liquid chalk highly recommended for hardworking hands – available for purchase on site or prepurchase HERE
- (Optional) Lunch/snacks if preferred or necessary—please note we do not have refrigerator space
- Any required medications (must be noted on the Health Intake Form and given to a camp lead with written instructions)
- A positive attitude to conquer obstacles and have fun!
What items are not allowed at Ninja Nation Austin camp?
- Phones or technology (if brought, they must stay in backpacks or can be stored safely in the office)

Is lunch provided at Ninja Nation Austin summer camp?
Lunch and two snacks are provided daily
Typical lunches: pizza, sandwiches/chips, nuggets/tots, burgers/fries, with cookies or fruit snacks (Lunch schedule will be sent our the weekend before camp)
Snacks may include fruit, string cheese, Goldfish/Cheez-Its, granola bars, and fruit snacks
We try to accommodate allergies, but if you have concerns, please send lunch from home
Let us know via the Lunch Form if you’ll be sending lunch to avoid food waste. If the form isn’t completed, your camper will be counted for the standard lunch
What ages is the summer camp for in Austin TX?
Campers are typically grouped into smaller teams of 8-10 kids based on age.
The counselors use their best judgment based on the makeup of the camp group as a whole to assign groups.
Campers of all ages interact with each other throughout the day, but are separated for certain skills or games to maximize the safety and fun of the campers
What is the refund policy for Austin ninja summer camp?
Ninja Camp is refundable until 60 days before camp start. Less than 60 days Ninja Nation Camp registrations are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled
A minimum of 14-day notice is required to reschedule your Camp registration. Camp registrations that are rescheduled a minimum of 14 -days ahead of the original scheduled session may be rescheduled within one year of the original booking date. The camp day will not be credited to your account for future use if a 14-day notice is not provided.
Ninja Nation reserves the right to cancel any services without refund due to violation of our rules and policies.
