The Ultimate Birthday Party

Our obstacle course is designed for guests 5 and up. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted on the course during birthday parties or open gym.  This is for their safety so we do not make excpetions to this policy.   If you choose to bring or invite yournger guest we typically have crayons and coloring books available for their enjoyment during the party. 

All birthday party participants and parents NEED to be wearing clean tennis, running, or athletic shoes.  We are a SHOES ON facility.  No crocs, slip-on, sandals, heels, or boots will be allowed.

To make the most of your visit, please fill out a waiver ahead of time, and  arrive 5-10 minutes before party time!  Check in with our front desk, and a look for a cart with the guests of honors name if you have a gift to drop off. 

Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake, cupcakes or cookies and/or ice cream, candles, presents, and birthday child! If you wish, you may also bring themed decorations.  Plates, utensils, and napkins are provided by Ninja Nation.  All other items can be purchased through Ninja Nation. We do not allow outside food, drinks, or coolers for Birthday Parties.

Gratuity is not included but can be provided at your discretion either directly to your host or at checkout.

Yes!  You are welome to bring your own decorations or party favors.  You will only get access to the party room 15 min
before your your 30 minutes of party room time so use that as an excuse not to stress and keep things simple ;) Please no glitter, confetti, piñatas or similar. Balloons are great! If you are unsure about decorations feel free to call. 

Ninja Nation provides cups, utensils, and white plates and napkins, but you are welcome to bring your own festive party supplies if you wish.

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for standard partis, and $200 for Big and Own the Arena parties or events to the Hold Date and Time of scheduled parties. Party date and time are adjustable if made more than 14 days before the scheduled party time. Any date/time changes within 14 days of the originally scheduled party will forfeit the full deposit amount. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.  The deposit will stay in your account for one year from the date of purchase/booking and may be used for rescheduling the party within that time.

Weather: If the weather or acts of God cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God if you are unable to reschedule.

Biggest tips we have for hosting a flawless Ninja Nation birthday party:

1) Advise your guests to visit our site and fill out a waiver ahead of time.

2)Remind guests to wear athletic shoes (no crocs, sandles, or hard soled shoes.)

3) Come 15-20 min early to check in with the front desk and get squared away

4) Relax and have a great time!!

Our team will reach out to you a few days before the event to go over final details and answer any questions you may have. 

Your birthday party  includes 90 minutes of obstacle course time, and then 30 minutes in the party room.   The host is welcome to access the party room 15 minutes before the their alloted party room time to do any decorating.  We ask that you please leave the party room proptly at the end of your allotted time so our staff has sufficient time to clean up before the next reservation. 

Our standard party invites your guests to enjoy 90 minutes of open gym time before celebrating the guest of honor in the party room.  With all party packages a party server will help in the party room with serving food and drink. 

With a "Hosted" party, your party host will help guide your guests through different obstacles. This is a great option for a young group of party goers that would benefit from some guidance)

A "Pro Hosted" party you get a special Ninja experience with one of our upper level Ninja coaches (subject to availability)

In the interest of safety and crowd managment, parents of birthday party guests are requested to stay in the seating area or observation tables outside of the obstacle course area. 

If you would like to go on the obstacles yourself (yes, they are fun for adults too!) feel free to buy a wristband at the front desk.  Don't forget those athletic shoes!
