Daily Drop-in Development Classes

Drop-in classes are a great opportunity to take  our classes   without a commitment.  The topics vary from week to week so students are certain to get variety of skills training, burn off some energy, all while having a lot of fun.  It’s for the beginner looking to learn the basics to play and train safely, and for intermediate and seasoned athletes  looking to develop their current skill set and take their abilities to the next level.


$35 per class or purchase a class pack from our front desk for discounts!

4 and 8 Week Enrollment Classes

One day per week. One hour class. Kid Fit, Ninja Fundamentals, Ninja Flow are all new classes at Ninja Nation. This weekly training is a great compliment to any team or individual sport, perfect for kids already in sports or new to sports, whether you are new to Ninja or have taking classes before. Ages 5-12.


Full body, fun, dynamic training focused on developing movement and strength in your child. $195/Ninja per 8 week enrollment. $100/Ninja for 4 week Ninja Flow

Enrollment Classes

Our enrollment classes are perfect for students that thrive with a consistency and class content that follows a path that builds on itself.   Enrolled students commit to an 8 week series (KidFit and Ninja Fundamentals) or a 4 week series (Ninja Flow) and attend weekly class at the same day and time, with the same coach and classmates. Different skills are developed over the course of the series with special attention by one of our excellent coaches.

We offer classes 7 days a week for Ninjas 5 and up!

Classes are split up by age group - Juniors (5-8) Pre-Teen (8-12) and Teen & Adult (13+).

Start With Ninja Basics

Looking for a great place to start in the sport of Ninja?  Or new to Ninja Nation and needing and introduction to our facility, coaches, and equipment? Ninja Basics is the right place for you.  This class is focused on the fundamentals of the sport of Ninja.  You will join one of our ninja coaches in an engaging, high-energy class focused on monkey bars, ground-obstacles, balance obstacles, all-around fitness and body movements.  This class will set you up for success in joining our Development program.

Balance and Agility

Balance is a fear of many Ninjas! Here at Ninja Nation, we like to tackle fears head-on. This development class works on quick feet, light feet, regaining your balance, and what to focus on before starting a balance obstacle. This program also includes lower body training at the end of class to maximize results. 



Climbing and Grip

Climbing and grip strength are fundamental tools needed to be successful on many Ninja obstacles. This development class works on developing climbing skills, finger strength, rope climbing, wall climb ups, and many other skills.  This program also includes upper body training at the end of class to maximize results.

Skills Challenge

Our Skills development class may consist of unique challenges on some of our popular obstacles, team races, and timed events.  Here you can also learn new moves, big swings, and push your mind and body to limits you never thought possible.  This program also includes core training at the end of class to maximize results. 

Obstacle Flow

Obstacle Flow is a development class that will get you on a variety of skill-based obstacles. Learn the best ways to complete these obstacles and how to be efficient moving between multiple obstacles. This program also includes full-body conditioning work at the end of class to maximize results.
